About X9 Real Time

X9 was the race car number for Peter DesJardins, father to company owner Amy Stein. DesJardins enjoyed a racing career around the short tracks of New England and grew up alongside Pete Hamilton who became a teammate to NASCAR racing legend, Richard Petty. Hearing stories of her parents’ travel to support Hamilton around the NASCAR circuit in the 60’s and 70’s, Stein knew one day the history of NASCAR would touch her as well.

With 16 years of sports marketing agency and team involvement, Stein opened her doors in 2011 to her own company, x9 Real Time Events, LLC, in Race City USA, Mooresville, North Carolina.
