Site Selection

Finding the perfect venue for your event is a critical first step. x9 Real Time Events will work with you to identify the venue that best meets your needs, then negotiate a contract that provides you excellent terms at a great price.

Site research:

  • Identify desired city and date
  • Create Request for Proposal
  • Research likely venues based on budget, desired location and dates
  • Send RFP to those identified as best fitting client needs
  • Handle queries from venues regarding RFP
  • Receive and review proposals and follow up on venues with questions/clarifications
  • Create matrix outlining venue options and recommendations
  • Present options/recommendations to client

 
Site Visit:

  • Obtain best schedule from client for site visit
  • Set up travel and complimentary lodging
  • Make arrangements with venue reps for site tour
  • Handle ground transportation arrangements
  • Conduct site visits with client
  • Complete site visit evaluation form on each property
  • Meet with client to identify their preferred option

 
Site negotiations & contracting:

  • Request contract
  • Identify areas of concern – price, concessions, etc.
  • Negotiate final pricing, dates, space, concessions and contract stipulations
  • Review changes and provide final contract to client for review
  • Handle any additional negotiations
  • Finalize contract

Partnering with Team Hornaday Development

Team Hornaday Development was started in 2022 by Candice Hornaday, the daughter of  NASCAR Hall of Famer Ron Hornaday Jr. Growing up watching her father compete across the country every week, followed by her children growing up at the race track and taking their turn behind the wheel, Candice turned her passion into Team Hornaday Development. With the lessons learned from being a part of a family of racers, Candice helps develop drivers both on and off the track, along with mentorship from the four-time NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Champion. Together, the two are using their skills honed from a lifetime of racing to help shape the next generation of NASCAR Champions. Team Hornaday Development works with drivers competing in go-karts, Legend cars, late-models and their growth in to the NASCAR ranks. Utilizing their official partners, Team Hornaday Development also provides services and support to develop drivers off the track with physical fitness training, driver equipment testing and build, driver brand marketing, public relations and social media training, branded apparel build, website and digital content and sponsor services to name a few.
